DocsBarcelona awards the best documentary

The DocsBarcelona Jury, chaired by Víctor Carrera, Head of International Relations of TVC and completed with Neus Bonet, Head of Quality and Radio at Catalunya Ràdio and Violeta Kovacsis, film critic in the Ara newspaper and Time Out Barcelona magazine, decided the following awards:

TV3 DRETS HUMANS

ENEMIES OF THE PEOPLE, by Rob Lemkin and Thet Sambath

TEENS&DOCS

EL EDIFICIO DE LOS CHILENOS, by Macarena Aguiló

And the Jury Nou DocsBarcelona, chaired by Elena Oroz, codirector of Blogs&Docs, and completed by Joan León Fábregas, founder of the Butxaca magazine and Maria Arranz, journalist of Le Cool magazine, decided the following awards:

TV3 NEW TALENT

TODOS VÓS SODES CAPITÁNS, by Oliver Laxe.

KIDS&DOCS

L’ÚLTIM VESTIT DE LA JÚLIA, by Xavier Artigas and Diethield Meier.

Finally the festival audience considered its favourite film:

EL AMBULANTE, by Eduardo de la Serna, Lucas Marcheggiano and Adriana Yurcovich

And the internet audience, together with the Jury Nou DocsBarcelona, chose as the best short documentary among the 30 participants to the ShortDocs DocsBarcelona Spanair contest:
