On Thursday, January 10, at 8:00 pm, we release Silvana at the Girona Cinemas in Barcelona (c / Girona, 175), the documentary talks about the rise to fame of rapper Silvana Imam, an icon of the queer community in Sweden. Lesbian, feminist and anti-racist has become the voice of a new generation of young people with their intransigent songs against all forms of oppression. The film directed by three girls, Mika Gustafson, Olivia Kastebring and Christina Tsiobanelis, this year has won the Best Documentary Award from the Swedish Film Academy.

After the screening we will have two luxury guests, Júlia Bertran and Clara Peya, to initiate a dialogue on issues of gender, music, sexuality and feminism.

Clara Peya, pianist and composer, is considered one of the most original and unique creators who have appeared in recent years in the music scene. Graduated in classical piano at the ESMUC (2007), she has studied Superior jazz and modern at Taller de Músics de Barcelona and has studied for more than 12 years at the Rimsky Korsakov conservatory in St. Petersburg.
