The director of Namrud will lead the colloquium at the Girona Cinemas in Barcelona
News at the premiere of Namrud! Its director, Fernando Romero Fosthuber, will participate via videoconference in the colloquium that will take place after the screening.
The Sevillian director based in Vienna will tell us about his experience with the documentary he has been working on for 5 years and that talks about the world of Jowan Safadi, an Israeli-Palestinian underground rock singer who offers a different view of the conflict between Israel and Palestine.
The premiere of Namrud in Barcelona will take place next Thursday, April 4 at the Cines Girona at 7:30 p.m.

Fernando Romero Forsthuber was born in Seville. At age 17 he moved to Vienna and soon began working in the film industry. Two years later he made his first trip to Israel, working with Palestinian musicians as director and producer for his music videos. In Austria he established a good reputation in the field of video clips and advertising. In recent years, Fernando has also worked on reporting, especially in Syria, for televisions such as the Austrian ORF. Namrud is his first documentary feature film.
